Myself, I'm a sucker for really over the top epic soundtracks, so anything from Two Steps From Hell (TSFH) and itäs likes are right up my alley.

Got to say that soundtrack of Pokémon Black and White made me shit bricks (in a good way) on my first playthrough. Especially these:

Victory Road
The last route before Pokémon league. Full of challengers and high lvl pokémon. Nasty place.

Pokémon League
When you FINALLY make your way through Victory road and think oh thank god then this starts playing. And there's no one else around, just you and that huge league gate.

Elite Four battle
When you've gathered enough courage and stepped through the gate that closes right behind you, and you talk to one of the Elite4 and this starts playing, you feel like you've never been so screwed in your entire life.

Credits
And after you've somehow managed to win the Elite4 and champion and a god complexed lunatic with your crappy ingame team (and with help of lot of hyper potions and revives) and then this starts playing, you'll just want to cry.

Time to post up my 'mats farming video'. It doesn't make mining runs epic, nothing could ever do that. But it makes them a little bit less dull. It's just a playlist some guy's done of epic soundtrack pieces. My only complaint is that there's only one TSFH track in there and as previously stated, you can never have too much TSFH.
